RuckUp Terms of Use

Effective date: 17 October 2026.

These terms govern your use of the RuckUp mobile app, its website and the services provided through them (the "App"). By registering or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. What the App is

RuckUp is a platform for billiards players and clubs: signing up for tournaments, clubs running tournaments, duels with friends, the PTS rating and XP levels, chat and notifications.

2. Your account

• To register, you provide a valid email address, a username and a password (a phone number is optional). The email address is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure (password, email). If you suspect someone else has signed in, change your password right away and let RuckUp support know.
• Each person may have only one player account. Creating several accounts to inflate a rating is not allowed.
• Club accounts can run tournaments once a RuckUp administrator has approved them.

3. Ratings, duels and tournaments

• The PTS rating is calculated from official tournament results and PTS duels approved by a club. Falsifying results, fixed games or any other manipulation of the rating is prohibited; results may then be cancelled and the account blocked.
• A PTS duel can only be started at a club: to check this, the App reads your current location once.
• Tournaments are run by clubs, and each club sets its tournament's terms (date, rules, entry fee, prizes). The club accepts or rejects a player's application, or disqualifies a player for breaking the rules. Payments and prizes are settled between the club and the player; the App does not take payments and is not responsible for them.

4. Conduct

Not allowed: abusive, threatening or discriminatory messages; spam; acting on behalf of another person; interfering with the App, exploiting vulnerabilities or collecting other users' data. You can report such a message or user and block them right in the App. Violations may lead to content removal and account blocking.

5. Content

Content you upload (photos, messages, club details) remains yours. You give RuckUp a free, revocable permission to show it through the App. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the App: Profile → Settings → "Delete Account". Details: https://ruckup.uz/account-deletion?lang=en

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is", and its uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, RuckUp is not liable for events run by clubs, injuries or loss of personal belongings at a club, arrangements between players, or indirect damages.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
